How do I start charging?

Start charging in the Arcona app, by scanning the station QR code, or with an Arcona card.

What is the difference between AC and DC?

AC units typically charge in 2–8 hours (16A–63A). DC fast units at 60–180 kW provide a useful charge in 15–30 minutes.

Which vehicles are compatible?

Arcona stations comply with EN61851 and work with all battery-electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.

How is the charging fee calculated?

The fee is energy (kWh) times the socket tariff. AC 22 is 9.90 TL/kWh, DC is 12.95 TL/kWh, VAT included. Members receive discounts.

What is the idle fee?

Ten minutes after charging ends, a location-based idle fee of 3 TL/min applies. Users are notified by SMS or app.

What are the membership benefits?

Members receive discounts on selected days, plus session history and nearest-station search in the app.
